CMIS Immunization Policy
The Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Thai Public Health Department recommend that children receive vaccinations against certain communicable diseases. In accordance with these guidelines the CMIS Vaccination policy has been developed:
All new students must provide evidence of vaccination by completing the Immunization section in the Health Form and attaching a copy of their immunization records.
CMIS requires the following immunizations for all children attending CMIS:
Dtap
Polio
MMR
HiB (if under 5)
Hep A
Hep B
Japanese Encephalitis
We also recommend the following immunizations:
Varicella
Typhoid
Meningococcal
HPV
Rabies
Influenza
BCG (TB Vaccine)
